ASF JIAP Karachi Pre-Qualification: Supply of Electrical, Sanitary, Food & Miscellaneous Items (Closing 2026-09-07)

Issuer: Airports Security Force (ASF), CSO JIAP Karachi / HQs Karachi.

Purpose: Pre-qualification leading to a closed framework agreement for supply of electrical appliances/items, sanitary items, miscellaneous and expendable items, coloring materials (e.g. oil paint, distemper, red oxide, mixing oil, lime, brushes, scrapers), food items, ice and computer accessories to ASF Garrison, JIAP Karachi.

Eligibility: Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, hold valid NTN and GST, and appear on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR.

How to apply: Pre-qualification documents are available free on the PPRA e-procurement portal (http://eprocure.gov.pk). Applicants must register on PPRA ePADS (Federal) to access documents and submit electronic applications through the same portal. In addition to electronic submission, applicants must submit a hard copy in a sealed envelope containing requisite information in the specified format to the address given by ASF by the prescribed schedule.

Notes and conditions: Prospective bidders must inform ASF before the bid opening date/time and submit proof of Active Taxpayer List compliance (100%) and GST/NTN certificates at the address below. CSO JIAP Karachi reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications/bids for cogent reasons. Any financial instrument found fake or dishonored at any stage will result in blacklisting and legal action.
