Purpose: To inform dealers, distributors and trade partners that Oil Industries Pakistan Limited is the lawful company/user of the well-established "TARGET" trade mark/brand, including its distinctive get-up, colour combination, artistic work, logo, packaging, trade dress and other associated intellectual property.

Notice: A third party has applied for registration and/or commenced use of a trade mark that is similar to the "TARGET" trade mark and substantially resembles the established colour scheme, get‑up and overall trade presentation.

Action Required: Dealers and distributors are requested to exercise due caution and verify the authenticity of products bearing the "TARGET" mark before undertaking any transaction.
