HBL Public Auction Notice — Suzuki Alto (Reg. BMG-632) — Lahore

Habib Bank Limited (HBL) invites sealed bids for auction of the following bank vehicle. Sealed offers must be submitted to the Head of Collections (Consumer), HBL The Mall Branch, Lahore.

Key terms:

- Submission: Sealed bids in an envelope clearly marked for the vehicle registration BMG-632 must be received by the bank by 2026-09-30 before close of office hours.

- Earnest money: All bids must be accompanied by earnest money (Demand Draft/Pay Order) equal to 10% of the bid amount in favor of HBL (non-refundable). Unsuccessful bidders will be refunded within 10 days of bid opening.

- Inspection: The vehicle is available for inspection at HBL, 200-Upper Mall Warehouse, Lahore from 2026-09-22 to 2026-09-30 between 2:30 PM and 5:00 PM on working days. Documentation details will be provided at inspection.

- Sale conditions: Vehicles will be sold "as is, where is." The successful bidder is responsible for all applicable taxes, transfer fees and other charges.

- Payment: The balance of the purchase price must be paid by the successful bidder within 7 working days from date of acceptance; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the 10% deposit.

- Bid opening: Bids will be opened by the Auction Committee on 2026-10-01 at the Collection Center, HBL, 5-Bank Square, 1st Floor, The Mall Branch (Nila Gumbad), Lahore.

- The bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers without assigning any reason.
