WECHS Lahore Tender: Supply of Tractor & Sweeper Tyres & Tubes — Closing 2026-08-24

Issuer: WAPDA Employees Cooperative Housing Society (WECHS) Ltd., F-2 Block, Wapda Town, Lahore. Sealed bids are invited from experienced, financially sound firms registered with FBR for supply of tyres and tubes for tractors and a mechanical sweeper.

Terms and conditions (as stated):

• Prices must be inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties as of submission date.
• Completion period: 15 days from issuance of supply order.
• Estimated cost: Rs. 736,700/-.
• Cost of old tyres may be adjusted in the quoted price; supplier will take possession of old tyres after supply.
• Manufacturing date of tyres shall not be more than six months at time of supply.
• No conditional tenders will be accepted.
• All tenders must be accompanied by earnest money as bid security @ 2% of the bid amount in the shape of call deposit receipt / bank draft / pay order issued by a scheduled bank in favour of "WECHS Lahore".

Submission and opening:

• Bids to be received by 1200 hours on 2026-08-24. Bids will be opened at 1230 hours on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
