WECHS Lahore Tender: Supply of Tractor & Sweeper Tyres and Tubes

Issuer: WAPDA Employees Cooperative Housing Society (WECHS) Ltd., F-2 Block, Wapda Town, Lahore. Sealed item-rate bids are invited from experienced, financially-sound firms registered with FBR for supply of tyres and tubes for tractors and a mechanical sweeper.

Key conditions:

• Cost must be inclusive of all taxes and duties as applicable on date of bid submission.
• Completion period: 15 days from issuance of supply order.
• Estimated cost: Rs. 735,700 (as stated).
• Manufacturing date of tyres shall not be more than six months at time of supply.
• Old tyres cost may be adjusted in the quoted price; supplier will take possession of old tyres after supply.
• No conditional/tended bid will be accepted. The Society reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
• Bids must be accompanied by earnest money equal to 2% of the bid amount in the form of call deposit receipt / bank draft / pay order issued by a scheduled bank in favour of "WECHS Lahore".

Submission and opening:

Bids will be received until 1200 hours on 2026-08-24 and will be opened at 1230 hours on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. For queries/information contact the Society office during office hours.
