Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB), Lahore invites sealed bids under Single Stage – One Envelope procedure from reputed firms/companies having relevant experience for annual repair and maintenance works at various Gurdwaras and associated properties in Nankana Sahib and Farooqabad. Eligible contractors must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license (Category C-6 or above) and be duly enlisted with ETPB for the year 2026-27.
Key instructions:
- Bidding documents may be purchased from the office of the Executive Engineer on payment of the prescribed fee during office hours up to 2026-10-06 on submission of a written application and presence of PEC/firm credentials.
- Bids must be submitted to the office of the undersigned on or before 2026-10-07 by 02:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 02:30 PM.
- Each bid must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of Call Deposit (CDR) in favour of Evacuee Trust Property Board, Lahore issued by a Scheduled Bank as specified in the bidding documents.
- late bids, postal or email submissions will not be accepted. ETPB reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per rules.
