FESCO Corrigendum: Warranty Clause Update and Tender No.839 Transformer Oil Specifications

Amended warranty clause (Clause No. SCC-23):

• The supplier must provide a warranty that the goods conform exactly to the contract specifications, are new and free from defects, and have been tested prior to delivery.
• If goods are found old, defective, not conforming to specifications, or not in conformity with the test certificate, the supplier will be responsible for all losses and must substitute unacceptable goods at the supplier’s risk and cost.
• The warranty defect/deficiency reporting period is 18 months from the date of installation/commissioning or 24 months from the date of delivery of the last consignment, whichever is earlier.

Corrected item description for Tender No.839:

All other terms and conditions referenced in letters No.629 & No.630 dated 02.09.2026 and the bidding documents uploaded on the 2.0 Version EPAD Portal remain unchanged.
