Punjab Highway Department (Road Construction Division, Rawalpindi) invites electronic tenders from Pakistan Engineering Council-registered engineering firms/contractors through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab PPRA website and submit bids only via the Punjab e-Procurement Portal. Bid security (5% of estimated cost) and performance guarantee (10% of contract amount within 15 days of award) conditions apply. No manual/physical submission will be accepted. Joint ventures are not permitted.
