e-Bids: Supply of Mango Germplasm (260 Plants) – Mango Research Institute Multan

The Institute invites online bids for supply of mango germplasm under the ADP scheme "Productivity Enhancement in Mango Sector of Punjab." Key instructions:

- Online bids will be accepted only through the Punjab e-Procurement System from authorized dealers / general order suppliers. No other submission method will be accepted.

- Bid security must be submitted online exclusively through The Bank of Punjab as per e-Procurement guidelines; physical financial instruments (CDR, bank guarantees, etc.) will not be accepted.

- Bidding method: Open Competitive Bidding, Single Stage – Two Envelope, as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended).

- Submission deadline: 2026-10-06 by 10:30 AM (through Punjab e-Procurement System). Bids will be opened on 2026-10-06 at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the Office of Principal Scientist, Mango Research Institute, Old Shujabad Road, Multan.

- Incomplete or late bids and bids not complying with requirements will be rejected. Taxes and other statutory deductions apply. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder.
