Auction of Scrap Materials at Jabbi Stop, Fateh Jang — Sealed Bids

Issuer: Public Sector Organization. Disposal by sealed bidding on an "as and where basis" of scrap materials lying near Jabbi Stop (Fateh Jang - Attock Road).

Inspection:

Inspect the scrap/stores at the office of the Convener Auction Committee near Jabbi Stop (Fateh Jang - Attock Road) at 1000 Hrs on 2026-10-05 (Monday).

Submission & earnest money:

Submit sealed bids along with a pay order / demand draft for earnest money equal to 25% of the bid amount before 1100 Hrs on 2026-10-07 at Jabbi Stop, Fateh Jang - Attock Road. Bids must remain valid for 90 days from opening.

Important conditions:

• Only bidders cleared by security staff may participate.
• Only bids for the complete lot will be accepted; partial bids or lower earnest money are liable to cancellation.
• Successful bidders must pay 100% of the bid amount plus applicable taxes as per government rules and lift the items within 30 days of bid approval. Failure to lift will result in forfeiture of 25% of the deposited amount and cancellation of the bid.
• Earnest money will be returned to unsuccessful bidders after finalization.
• All participants must bring original valid CNIC and two photocopies; entry will be refused without these.
• The organization reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, partially or fully, without assigning a reason.
