Tender: Providing & Fixing Protection Nets for Manholes — Municipal Committee Burewala

Office of the Municipal Committee, Burewala invites e-bids for the supply and installation work listed below. Submission must be made online through the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-PADS).

How to apply / submit bids: All e-bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-PADS). Bidders must be registered on the e-PADS portal and with relevant authorities (FBR, PRA — NTN/PTIN as applicable) and Pakistan Engineering Council in the pertinent category.

Bid security & submission rules: Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated price is required and must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical bid security instrument will be accepted. The single-stage, single-envelope e-bidding procedure will be adopted; encrypted electronic file submission in the envelope format on the portal is required.

Other important conditions: Bids will be valid for 120 days. Conditional tenders will not be accepted. Rates must be quoted in figures and words. If the last date falls on an official holiday the next working day will be considered the closing date. If the tendered amount is equal to or less than 5% of the approved estimated (DNIT) amount, the lowest bidder will be required to deposit performance security as per PPRA rules within the scheduled bank period.
