Sheikh Zayed Medical College / Hospital, Rahim Yar Khan invites bids for the purchase of biomedical equipment and instruments for Financial Year 2026-27 through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP). Eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, suppliers and firms registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments / Authorities (Income Tax, Punjab Sales Tax etc.) should submit bids online on the Punjab e-Procurement portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk or https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) by the stated deadline. Tender documents will be available immediately after uploading on ePPRA / eProc Punjab websites.
Key Instructions:
- Bid submission: Online only via Punjab e-Procurement System (EP). Late bids will be rejected.
- Bid security: 2% of estimated cost of each lot/tender to be submitted through online payment mechanism / PSID.
- Procedure: Single-stage, two-envelope procedure as per Rule 38(2)(a) of PPRA Rules 2014. PPRA Rules 2014 (with all amendments) will be followed. Rates should be quoted on F.O.R. consignee’s end in Pakistani Rupees. Bid validity: 180 days.
- Clarifications / information: Procurement Department, Sheikh Zayed Medical College / Hospital, Rahim Yar Khan.
- Submission & Opening: Submission up to 2026-10-12 (Monday) by 11:30 AM; Technical opening on 2026-10-12 at 12:00 PM (if a public holiday, the next working day will apply).
