Project Management Unit (PMU), KP-Human Capital Investment Project (KP-HCIP), Elementary & Secondary Education Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids (one-envelope bidding) for civil works to rehabilitate and refurbish existing buildings as Regional Professional Development Centers (RPDCs) across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Financing is provided by the World Bank. Bidding is open to eligible domestic and international bidders as per the World Bank "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers" March 2018.

Key procurement notes

• Bid documents (English) are available for purchase on submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 3,000. Office hours: 09:00–17:00, Monday–Friday.
• Pre-bid meeting: 2026-09-18 at 14:00 at the HCIP office address above.
• Electronic bids are not permitted. Bids must be delivered to the Project Director at the address above. Late bids will be rejected.
• Bidders must comply with the Borrower’s procurement regulations and disclose beneficial ownership as required.
