Issuer: National Highway Authority (NHA), Northern Areas Region – Abbottabad.
Purpose: Re‑invitation for electronic bids (e‑bids) for seven (07) special maintenance works on N‑35 and CPEC special maintenance packages and one (01) highway safety improvement work on CPEC Highway (E‑35).
Bidding method and availability: Bidding through NHA e‑Bidding portal. Bidding documents and e‑registration available from 2026-09-28 via the NHA e‑bidding portal and eprocurement registration (see bidding documents for full instructions).
Submission and opening: Bids must reach the NHA office by 2026-10-06 up to 12:00 hours (local time). Bids will be opened on 2026-10-06 (shortly after submission deadline) in accordance with the e‑bidding procedures described in the bidding documents.
Bid security and estimates: Engineer's estimates and required bid securities are published for each package in the bidding documents. Published engineer estimates in the advertisement range approximately from PKR 1,362,393 to PKR 47,635,435 with corresponding bid securities (see table below).
