Issuer: Prime Minister's Special Relief Scheme (Uraan Pakistan). Purpose: temporary petrol relief to offer petrol at Rs.100 per litre for eligible small vehicles. Registration is one-time and must be sent from the mobile number registered on the applicant's CNIC.
Who is eligible: owners of motorcycles, chingchis, rickshaws and other three‑wheelers, and cars up to 800 cc.
