Tender: Supply of Examination Answer Sheets — University of Sargodha

Issuing authority: University of Sargodha, Directorate of Procurement & Stores. The University invites e-bids for the supply of examination answer sheets (various formats) under Tender No. PC-I/04/2026-27.

Key submission details:

- Eligible bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement (Punjab-eP) system and registered with Income Tax and GST authorities.

- Bids must be submitted only through the Punjab-eP portal by 2026-09-24 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of firm representatives.

- Detailed bidding documents are available on the University of Sargodha website and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website after publication.

- Bidders must upload bids and submit 5% earnest money as Bid Security via Bank of Punjab (online drawee) as per Punjab-eP procedures. Only e-bids submitted through Punjab-eP will be entertained. If the submission date is an official holiday, the next working day will be treated as the closing date.

Bid security (5%): Rs. 3,372,500/-

Procurement procedure: Purchase will be made under PPRA (Punjab) Rule 38(1) — single stage one envelope procedure, as amended.
