SIDB Khyber Pakhtunkhwa — Invitation for Bids (Raw Materials for Woodworking Centres)

The Managing Director, Small Industries Development Board (SIDB), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids under National Competitive Bidding for procurement of raw materials for furniture manufacturing for SIDB Woodworking Centres located at Peshawar, D.I. Khan, Karak, Mansehra, Haripur, Timergara, Batkhela, Swat and Chitral. Bidding will be conducted under KPPRA Rules 2014 (as amended) and the E‑Pak Acquisition & Disposal (e‑PAD) Rules 2025. Eligible bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue.

Complete details and specifications (BSDs), bid securities and other terms are available for download from the EPADS portal and the SIDB/KPPRA websites. Bids must be submitted through EPADS (https://pk.eprocure.gov.pk) and a scanned copy uploaded on EPADS; original documents including the Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Demand Draft must be delivered to the office of the Project Manager, Pak German Wood Working Centre, Peshawar by the bid submission deadline.

- Tender fee (non-refundable): Rs. 4,000 (to be paid in favor of SIDB Pak German Wood Working Centre).
- Bid securities and other financial conditions are specified in the bidding documents and must accompany bids.
