PESCO Invitation to E-Bid: Transformer Repair & Meter Shifting Tenders (Closing 2026-10-01)

- Submission deadline (e-bids): 2026-10-01 at 10:00 AM Pakistan time. E-Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM using EPADS v2.0.

- Bidders not registered on the new version of EPADS v2.0 should register at the EPADS vendor portal. Tutorials and registration help are available on the vendor portal.

- Conditional, partial or incomplete bids, and bids without the required original sealed CDR/Bank Guarantee will be rejected. PESCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable procurement rules (PPR).
