Public Notice: Transfer of Inheritance Rights for Property No. 751-D, Lala Rukh, Wah Cantt

Cantonment Board Wah Cantt gives public notice that according to its records property No. 751-D (Survey No. 16) at Lala Rukh, Wah Cantt, standing in the name of Qazi Zainuddin (son of Qazi Hussainuddin) — who died on 2014-11-10 — and his wife Rabia Begum (died 1999-05-19), is subject of succession proceedings. Succession document No. 1308/25 dated 2025-09-26 records the individuals who are declared the legal heirs.

The heirs named in the succession document have applied to transfer the co-ownership rights of the property into their names. Any person or institution having an objection must submit that objection with evidence to the office of the Cantonment Board Wah Cantt within 15 days of this notice publication; otherwise the Board will proceed to register the transfer and no appeal will be accepted thereafter.
