Municipal Committee Pasrur E-Procurement: Tenders for Hasri Bridge Rehabilitation & City Entrance Road (Closing 2026-10-03)

Issuer: Municipal Committee Pasrur. Municipal Committee Pasrur invites electronic bids from eligible contractors/firms registered with relevant authorities through the Punjab e-Procurement System for the following development works. Bidding will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 and the Punjab e-Procurement System requirements.

- Performance Security: Successful bidder shall furnish a Performance Security equal to 5% of the contract amount in the prescribed form/Bank Guarantee. Performance Security will be released after successful completion and in accordance with the contract.

- Bid Security: 5% of estimated cost. Electronic bank guarantee procedures as prescribed by the Punjab e-Procurement System (digital/e-bank guarantees) are allowed; other specified modes (e.g., SWIFT MT760) are referenced where applicable. Only e-bids submitted through the system will be accepted; hard copies delivered by post/courier are not acceptable.

Eligibility: Eligible contractors/firms must be registered and meet all requirements as prescribed in the bidding documents (including Pakistan Engineering Council registration where applicable) and complete all e-procurement registration steps. Bidders must comply with conditions, specifications and other requirements in the bidding documents and PPRA rules.
