E-Tender: Construction of Tuff Paver Streets — Municipal Committee Sambrial

Issuer: Chief Officer / Administrator, Municipal Committee Sambrial.

Purpose: Invitation for e-bids for construction of tuff paver streets in MC Sambrial under Punjab e-Procurement System.

Important submission details:

• E-Bids must be submitted online only via Punjab e-Procurement (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk).
• Bid security: 5% of the estimated cost to be provided as a Digital Bank Guarantee (e-Bank Guarantee) transmitted via SWIFT MT760 from the issuing bank to the designated advising bank. Physical security instruments (CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft) will not be accepted. Bids without valid Digital Bank Guarantee will be rejected.
• Schedule (as published): E-Bid submission date & time: 2026-10-03 at 11:00 AM. E-Bid opening date & time: 2026-10-03 at 11:30 (time shown in notice).
• Single-stage single-envelope bidding procedure will be adopted.
• All bids will be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended) and relevant Government of Punjab laws, notifications and circulars.
• If the last date falls on an official holiday, the next working day will be considered the last date for submission. Conditional tenders will not be accepted.

Eligibility & mandatory documents:

• Valid PEC license in Category C-5 or above.
• Certificate of registration with active Income Tax and active Punjab Sales Tax under the relevant authority.
• Undertaking on legal/attested stamp paper confirming the firm is not blacklisted.
• Unsigned or un-stamped bids will be rejected.
