NPPMCL Seeks Statutory (External) Auditors — EOI (3-Year, FY 2026-27)

National Power Parks Management Company (NPPMCL) invites Expressions of Interest from reputed Chartered Accountant firms for appointment as Statutory (External) Auditors for three years commencing FY 2026-2027. Engagement will be procured on a Quality and Cost Based Method under the Procurement of Consultancy Services Regulations, 2010. Audit scope will follow the Companies Act, 2017 and the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023.

Shortlisted firms must provide authenticated documentary evidence with the EOI demonstrating eligibility (including Audit Oversight Board entitlements, valid Sales Tax and Income Tax registration, ICAP QCR rating, minimum 20 years' practice, specified audit experience in listed, public-sector and energy companies, and minimum staff/partner strength by 31-Dec-2025). Submit EOIs signed by a partner on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) by 2026-07-24 until 11:00 A.M.; EOIs will be opened the same day at 11:30 A.M.
