PKLI&RC Tender PRO-81-2026 — Procurement of Nuclear Medicine Consumables (Cold Kits)

Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute & Research Center (PKLI&RC) invites e-bids from firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities for the procurement of Nuclear Medicine Consumables (Cold Kits). Bidding will follow the Single Stage — Two Envelope procedure under Punjab procurement rules.

How to obtain documents: Bidding documents are available free of cost on the PKLI website: https://pkli.org.pk/tenders/ and can be downloaded from Punjab e-Procurement system and PPRA websites (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk and https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk).

Eligibility & requirements: Firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. A Bid Security equal to 2% of the estimated cost (PKR 217,000) is mandatory and must be paid through PSID generated via the Punjab e-Procurement system and uploaded before the closing date/time.

Pre-bid meeting: 2026-09-14 at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room of Supply Chain Department, Tower-A, PKLI&RC.

Bid validity: 180 days from the date of opening. Office hours for queries and information: 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM from the date of publication. In case of an official holiday on submission day, the next working day will be treated as closing date. Procurement governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulation 2024; PPRA rules prevail in case of discrepancy.
