PKLI & RC Tender: Pre-Qualification for Dialysis Consumables (Ref: PRO-148-2026)

Issuer: Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute & Research Center (PKLI & RC), Lahore. PKLI & RC invites e-bids for pre-qualification for the procurement of dialysis consumables for PKLI & RC Lahore and PKLI Rawalpindi. Eligible vendors/firms registered with income tax and sales tax authorities may participate. Bidding documents are available free of cost from the PKLI website and via the Punjab e-Procurement/PPRA portals.

Key submission and bidding instructions: bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Hard copies are not required. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically on the Punjab e-PS as prescribed. Bid validity period: 180 days. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Supply Chain Department, PKLI & RC during working hours (08:30 AM to 05:30 PM). The procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended) and PPRA rules.

Documents and tender details may be downloaded from the PKLI website and the Punjab/PPRA e-procurement portals. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives at the stated time. In case of official holiday, opening will be held on the next working day. PKLI & RC will not be responsible for any costs incurred by bidders in preparing or delivering bids.
