Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the establishment of the Prime Minister’s National Technology Park (PMNTP) across Pakistan. Funding is reserved under the procurement plan for FY 2026-27. This procurement is for non-consultancy services and will follow a Single-Stage, Two-Envelope, Quality-and-Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) method in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
