MEPCO Tender — Shifting, Erection & Foundation of HT/LT Steel Structures in Taunsa Sharif (Tender 01-2026-27)

Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO), MEPCO Division Taunsa Sharif invites sealed tenders from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) approved/registered contractors (renewed for 2026-27) with field specialization EE-04, EE-05 or CE-10 for the work listed below. Contractors must produce original documents and attested copies, including CNIC of proprietor/partners/director.

Tender submission deadline: 2026-10-05 by 11:00 AM. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the office of Executive Engineer (Op), MEPCO Division Taunsa Sharif in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives.

Mandatory requirements and conditions:

• PEC registration with the required field specialization (EE-04, EE-05 or CE-10) renewed for 2026-27.
• Non-refundable tender fee: Rs. 2,000 (payable as bank draft/pay order in favor of Executive Engineer (Op) MEPCO Division Taunsa Sharif).
• Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost to be furnished as required (call deposit/bank guarantee from scheduled bank as specified in tender documents).
• Only contractors who have previously executed similar works (as required by MEPCO) will be considered. Authorized representatives must bring registered power of attorney.
• Other standard MEPCO/PPRA terms and conditions apply; prospective bidders should obtain tender documents and observe all instructions in the tender notice.
