MEPCO Tender 124/27 – Consultant for Supervision of APMs Procurement & Installation on 132kV Loss Feeders

Issuer: Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) — State Owned Enterprise. MEPCO invites e-bids from eligible bidders (individual consultants/firms/joint ventures) on the basis of Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA rules for supervision of procurement and installation of Advanced/Automatic Protection Meters (APMs) on High 132kV loss feeders against MEPCO Tender No. 122/27.

Key instructions: Interested bidders must register on the e-procurement portal and submit e-bids through EPADs/eprocure platform. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security/guarantee must be submitted in the form specified in the bidding documents (Deposit-at-Call, Bank Draft, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan) in favour of the Chief Executive Officer, MEPCO Multan. The bid security must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the tender number and title and delivered to the Procurement office before the e-bid submission deadline.
