Procurement procedure and bid security:
Single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure will be followed. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost (in the shape of CDR/Banker's Cheque/Bank Guarantee) in favor of Director, VRI, Lahore is required as specified in the tender documents. Technical bids will be opened first; financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened later as per procedure.
