HBL Public Auction – 2022 Prince Pearl (Reg. BWJ-894) in Karachi

Habib Bank Limited (HBL) invites sealed bids for the bank's vehicle offered for public auction. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the Collection Manager and received by the bank before close of business on the closing date listed below.

Inspection: Vehicle(s) available for inspection at D-146 Site KHI, HBL warehouse on 20 & 21 Aug 2026 from 09:30 AM to 04:30 PM. Documentation details will be provided at time of inspection.

Bid Submission & Opening: Sealed offers must be clearly marked "bid for vehicle registration#" and received by the Collection Manager prior to 2026-08-24 (bank closing hours). All offers will be opened by the "Auction Committee" on 2026-08-25 at the PECHS Collection Center, Shahrah-e-Faisal.

Earnest Money & Payment Terms: All bids must be accompanied by earnest money equal to 10% of the bid amount via Demand Draft/Pay Order. Unsuccessful bidders will have their pay order refunded within 10 days of bid opening. The successful bidder will pay the remaining balance within 3 working days from the date of acceptance; failure to pay will result in forfeiture of the earnest money.

Sale Conditions: Vehicle(s) will be sold "as is where is". The successful bidder is responsible for all taxes, transfer fees and related costs. The bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers without assigning a reason.
