Tender: Procurement of Goods under Framework Contract FY-2026-27 — University of Swabi

Purpose: Sealed bids are invited on the basis of the “Single Stage Two Envelopes Procedure” from Original Manufacturers / General Order Suppliers / Authorized Dealers / Firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Tax Payers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for the work titled “Procurement of Goods for University of Swabi under Framework Contract FY-2026-27.”

Key terms and conditions:

• Bids must be submitted via ePADS. Bids without earnest money on ePADS will not be entertained.
• Original bid security must reach the Office of Director P&D, University of Swabi, on or before 2026-09-24 at 11:00 AM; otherwise the bid will be rejected.
• Technical (E-)bids will be opened and evaluated per the evaluation criteria in the bidding documents. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
• All taxes will be deducted as per government rules. Incomplete or late bids will be rejected. University reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids before acceptance.
