GBDMA Shigar Tender: Repair & Maintenance of Light Vehicles & Heavy Machinery (Transport A131001) – FY 2026-27

Gilgit-Baltistan Disaster Management Authority (GBDMA), Shigar invites sealed tenders from interested firms/contractors for Repair & Maintenance of GBDMA Light Vehicles & Heavy Machinery under category Transport (A131001) for Financial Year 2026-27. A single-stage, two-envelope procedure will be adopted in accordance with GB PPRA rules.

Key instructions: Bidders must submit technical/eligibility and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the tender reference. Bids must include the specified bid security in the name of Assistant Director GBDMA Shigar. Bids remain valid for 90 days. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any bid under GB PPRA rules.

- Copy of valid CNIC of the authorized signatory
- Certificate of Firm/Company registration or incorporation under applicable laws
- Proof of firm’s vendor registration number (if already registered)
- Firm’s contact details and official letterhead with authorized signatory signature & stamp
- At least two supply/work orders and corresponding completion certificates of similar nature
- Firm’s bank statement for the last one (1) year showing financial standing/turnover
- Original Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) / Bank Guarantee / Pay Order of Rs. 72,000 as bid security
- Affidavit on judicial stamp confirming firm is not blacklisted by any government/PPRA or regulatory authority
- Power of Attorney/Board resolution if the signatory is not the proprietor/CEO
