Eligibility: Registered/approved contractors of the Irrigation Department who have renewed registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa authorities and hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license for the current financial year (2026-27). Bidders must submit bids through EPADS and provide required bid security, manufacturer/producer authorization where applicable, and all documents as per bidding conditions.
Submission: All bids must be uploaded via the EPADS portal (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk) before the system closing time. Bids received without required documents will be treated as non-responsive. Detailed terms & conditions and bid document requirements are available in the bidding documents.
