Tender: Supply, Installation & Commissioning of Sound Systems, Electronic Timing Devices and DG Sets – Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad

Pakistan Sports Board (Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination), Islamabad invites bids through EPADS from contracting firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of sound amplification systems, electronic timing devices and DG sets at various facilities of the Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad.

How to apply: Download and upload bidding documents via the e-procurement portal (http://eprocure.gov.pk). Applications must be submitted through EPADS and include complete technical and financial proposals as per the bidding instructions.

Mandatory submission requirements and conditions (summary):

• Firm must meet the evaluation criteria set out in the bidding documents.
• Provide proof of National Tax Number (NTN) and firm on ATL.
• Affidavit on judicial stamp paper, duly notarized, confirming the firm is not blacklisted by any government/autonomous body.
• Bid security/earnest money to be submitted in the form of bank draft / pay order / CDR in favour of Director General, Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad.
• One copy of the technical proposal (not financial) must be uploaded with the Technical Proposal on EPADS before closing date/time.
• The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule-33 of the PPRA Rules, 2004.
