Collectorate of Customs (Airports), Islamabad invites applications to pre-qualify interested service providers/workshops for repair and maintenance of government vehicles (various makes/models including Toyota & Honda). Scope includes mechanical and suspension work, engine oil change, wheel alignment/balancing, electrical work, tyre supply and other spare parts and related services.

- Affidavit on judicial stamp paper (Rs.100) declaring no blacklisting - Workshop shortlisted on the panel must be able to perform urgent work, including odd hours - Workshop will be responsible for defective work and faulty parts; same-fault warranty replacements must be free of cost |
| Bid Security | Pay order/call deposit in the name of Deputy Collector (HQ), Collectorate of Customs (Airports), Islamabad for PKR 200,000 |
| Technical Evaluation | The technical committee will conduct physical visits of all service providers/workshops prior to pre-qualification |
| How to Apply | Submit technical bid on firm letterhead in a sealed envelope by hand and also apply electronically via the Procurement (ePADS) system. |
| Submission Deadline & Opening | Bids to be received by hand on or before 2026-09-30 at 12:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 01:30 PM. |
