Invitation to Bid — Infrastructure Development in Chilas & Darel/Tangir Forest Divisions (Diamer)

Conservator of Forests, Diamer Astore Forest Circle Chilas (Government of Gilgit‑Baltistan) invites sealed bids from eligible Firms/Contractors licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant code/category for infrastructure development works for protection and conservation of natural resources in District Diamer.

Bidding procedure is Single Stage–Two Envelope as per GB PPRA Rules 2022. Bidding documents will be issued to interested firms after approval of the tender committee (w.e.f. 2026‑09‑20). A 5% bid security (in shape of CDR / Pay Order / Demand Draft / Call Deposit) in favour of Conservator of Forests, Diamer Astore Forest Circle Chilas from any Scheduled Bank of Pakistan is required. Conditional bids will not be accepted. Contractors blacklisted or with delayed projects by any government institution are not eligible.
