The Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan invites applications for the Access to Scientific Instrumentation Programme (ASIP) for the 2026-27 year to provide financial support for PhD scholars enrolled in public-sector universities for advanced scientific and analytical sample analysis.

| Conditions | Applicants must apply at least 12 weeks prior to sample analysis. Applicants may only apply for tests not available at their own university/institute; if the test is available at the institute but not used, a detailed justification is required. Tests must be conducted at public-sector universities or public-sector R&D organisations. Payments made by HEC directly to service provider after satisfactory completion. |
