Rawalpindi Women University (RWU) invites encrypted electronic bids under Single Stage One Envelope national competitive bidding procedure from active taxpayers. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab E‑Procurement System and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category (C‑6 and above) with code of specialization CE‑10.
