Central Power Purchasing Agency (Guarantee) Limited (CPPA-G) invites applications for the senior post of Chief Internal Auditor to provide independent assurance and strategic insight to the Board and senior management, strengthen governance, risk management and internal controls, and lead the Internal Audit function in a dynamic SOE environment.

| Key Responsibilities | Provide independent assurance on governance, risk and internal control; lead Internal Audit function; advise Board and senior management; implement audit plans in line with best practices and SOE requirements. |
| Required Qualification | Member of a recognized professional accounting body: qualified CA/CPA/ACMA/ACCA or MBA (Finance) from a reputed local or international university/institution. |
| Experience | Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience. Must include at least 5 years of relevant senior management or executive-level experience with demonstrated expertise in auditing, risk management, internal controls and compliance. Preference for experience in SOEs or public sector organizations. |
| Eligibility/Legal Requirement | Candidate must meet criteria defined under Schedule-IV of the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023. |
