Purpose: Invitation to bid through the ePADS e-procurement system for supply of various railway spare parts and components under Single Stage One/Two Envelopes Procedure of Public Procurement Rules-2004.

How to apply: Bidders must submit bids online through ePADS V2.0. Bidding documents are available on ePADS. Bids must comply with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations. Manual (hard‑copy) submission of bids is not acceptable. Bids should be accompanied by the required bid security in an acceptable form (as specified in bidding documents). Only bids from eligible bidders who meet the terms and conditions in the bidding documents will be considered. Procurement notices and any addenda are available on the procuring agency’s website and the Authority’s website (www.ppra.org.pk).

Important note: Prospective bidders should register and obtain access to ePADS V2.0 before the bid closing time. Electronic bidding timelines, detailed eligibility, bid security and submission instructions are provided in the ePADS procurement package for each lot.
