Tender: Supply & Installation of Sound Systems, Electronic Timing Devices & DG Sets — Pakistan Sports Board (Islamabad)

Pakistan Sports Board (Ministry of Inter-Provincial Coordination), Islamabad invites bids through the EPADS e-procurement system from firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category (valid up to 2027-06-30) for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of sound amplification systems, electronic timing devices and DG sets at various facilities of the Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad. Tender documents are available at http://eprocure.gov.pk and PSB website (www.sports.gov.pk). Manual/physical submission of bids will not be accepted unless otherwise specified in the bidding documents.

Key instructions: Firms must provide proof of NTN and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL); submit an affidavit on judicial stamp paper confirming the firm is not blacklisted; furnish bid security/earnest money in the form of bank draft/pay order/CDR in favour of Director General, Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad; submit one hard copy of the technical proposal as uploaded to EPADS and upload the scanned copy with the technical proposal. Original hard copies must reach the undersigned before the closing date/time. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per Rule 33 of PPRA Rules, 2004.
