IDAP Pre-Qualification Notice for General Contractor — Nursing Education & Midwifery Centre, Lahore (2026/PQ/53)

Issuer: Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP). Project: Center of Excellence for Nursing Education & Mid-Wifery (Nawaz Sharif Medical District), Lahore. IDAP invites pre-qualification (PQ) proposals from eligible general contractors for construction and associated external development works.

Scope: Construction works including civil, architectural, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, fire-fighting, external development works and services, and required deployment of material, labor, formwork, tools & machinery.

Eligibility & Submission: Interested applicants must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System to be eligible. Pre-Qualification documents and instructions are provided through the Punjab e-Procurement System and the relevant procurement authority portals. PQ proposals must be prepared following the instructions in the Pre-Qualification document and uploaded on the Punjab e-Procurement System by the stated deadline. Pre-Qualification proposals will be opened on the e-Procurement System.
