Supreme Court of Pakistan invites e-bids for procurement of non-consultancy services for FY 2026-27, including annual repair/maintenance (without parts), provision of a qualified/experienced Assistant Engineer, and upgradation of telephone exchange (Alcatel OMM PCX 4400 Enterprise Server). Bidding will be conducted through the Electronic Procurement & Acquisition Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) using a Single Stage-One Envelope procedure with Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) in line with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
