NADRA Walk-in Test/Interview — Junior Executive (Female Data Entry Operators) | Sargodha Region

National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) — Regional Head Office Sargodha invites female residents of the listed tehsils to appear for walk-in test and interview for the post of Junior Executive (Data Entry Operator). This recruitment is for multiple district/tehsil-based vacancies across the Sargodha region.

Position: Junior Executive (Data Entry Operator) — Female (Age max: 25 years)

Eligibility: Intermediate or equivalent; preferably 1 year relevant experience where indicated. Female residents of the respective tehsils must apply/appear as per CNIC/Domicile.

Selection & Terms: Selected candidates will undergo a 6-month probation period extendable based on performance. Candidates must bring original Personal, Educational and Professional documents at test/interview. Attested certificates from respective educational boards must be provided at interview. Selected candidates will provide Medical Fitness and Character certificates. No TA/DA will be admissible. Management reserves the right to withhold/cancel recruitment and to accept/reject any application without assigning reason. Minority and differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.

Test/Registration & Interview: Candidates should appear for registration on the specified test date at the registration time shown in the advertisement (registration window shown as 08:30 AM–01:00 PM for listed dates). Interviews are scheduled on the following interview dates, generally starting at 09:00 AM. Exact test and interview dates depend on the candidate’s tehsil as listed in the regional schedule.

Venue: NADRA Regional Head Office, 6-Gulshan Avenue, Link PAF Road, Sargodha.

How to prepare/apply: This is a walk-in test/interview — no prior online application is required. Candidates must present original documents, CNIC/domicile and any other required paperwork at registration. Electronic gadgets such as mobile phones, smart watch etc. will not be allowed during test/interview. Key Notes: Requests for consideration after the specified time will not be entertained. Five years’ relaxation is included in the advertised age limit; no further relaxation will be granted. Employees of government/semi-government departments must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at time of test.
