Issuer: Directorate of Property & Land, Pakistan Railways Headquarters Office, Lahore. Invitation for sealed bids (single-stage, two-envelope) to lease seventeen (17) Pakistan Railways sites for commercial use including plazas, retail, food outlets, showrooms, hospital/healthcare units, petrol pumps and similar uses.
Key commercial and bid conditions:
- Lease period: 21 years (extendable for a further 21 years).
- Annual increase in rent: 8% (compound).
- Mobilization period: 02 years from date of possession.
- Commitment fee: one-time non-refundable premium (amounts for each site specified in bidding documents). The successful bidder will also pay the advance first year annual rent within thirty (30) days of issuance of Letter of Intent (LOI).
