Pakistan Sports Board Islamabad Tender: Supply & Installation of Sound Amplification, Electronic Timing Devices & DG Sets (Bid Deadline 2026-09-21)

Pakistan Sports Board (Islamabad) invites bids through the e-procurement system (EPADS) from contracting firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant codes (valid up to 30-06-2027) for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of sound amplification system, electronic timing devices and DG sets at various facilities of the Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad.

Important requirements and conditions:

• Firms must meet evaluation criteria in bidding documents and be registered with PEC in relevant categories.
• Provide details/proof of National Tax Number (NTN) and firm on ATL.
• Affidavit on judicial stamp paper declaring the firm is not blacklisted by any government/ autonomous body.
• Bid security / earnest money must be submitted in the form of bank draft / pay order / CDR in favour of Director General, Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad. A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded with the Technical Proposal; original must be submitted before bid closing.
• One copy of technical proposal (non-financial) in hard form as uploaded on EPADS shall be submitted. In case of differences, documents/information as envisaged in downloaded proposals shall prevail.
• The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule-33 of the PPRA Rules, 2004.
• Bidders are advised to visit the site for better understanding of field conditions.
