The Higher Education Commission (HEC), H-9 Islamabad (Tender No. 03/HEC/RE/2026-27), invites bids for fencing works at HEC Buildings, Khanaspur (Ayubia). Bids must be submitted through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) by 28 July 2026 at 13:30; bids will be publicly opened the same day at 14:00.
