Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites bids for the Integration of HVAC Facilities at the Archive Building, CATI, Hyderabad. Eligible contractors/firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in at least Category 6-C with 01-ME code and possess relevant HVAC engineering expertise. The procurement is being conducted under PPRA Rule No. 36(6).
Bids must be submitted electronically via the e-PAD portal (http://epads.gov.pk) before 23 July 2026, 14:00 hrs; bids will be opened on 23 July 2026, 14:30 hrs. Earnest money of Rs. 250,000 is required. Original bid security (sealed) must be delivered at the time of opening while a scanned copy is attached online; bid security must be issued in favour of PAA Development. PAA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders.
