Issuer: Office of the Election Committee, All Pakistan Teachers Cooperative Housing Society Ltd, Karachi. Notice of Annual General Body Meeting and election for President and one‑third (3) members of the Managing Committee under the Co-operative Societies Rules, 2020.

Meeting & Election: Annual General Body Meeting and secret ballot election will be held on 2026-09-26. Venue: Uzma Lawan C, 8-C, Block-6, F.B. Area, Ahsan Manzil, Karachi. Meeting start time: 09:30 AM (recitation of Holy Qur'an), election by secret ballot at 10:00 AM. Polling break for prayers/lunch 01:00–02:00 PM; polling resumes thereafter; counting and announcement of result will follow.

Nomination & Membership Details: Nomination papers may be obtained from the society office (office of the undersigned) on production of a photocopy of CNIC. Nomination papers will be issued between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM on specified dates. Nomination fee (as per rules) and procedure to be followed as per Co-operative Societies Rules, 2020. Entry to premises will be allowed to members/voters on production of CNIC. No proxy will be permitted. Lists and records may be obtained from the society office for a prescribed fee.

Election Committee: Election committee constituted for the process. Election Officer / Sub‑Inspector: Mr. Munir Ali (Election Officer) Cooperative‑VI. Members: Mr. Muhammad Zeeshan and Mr. Ahsan Jalil (Members, Election Committee).
