Issuer: Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). Contract appointments for specified positions based in Islamabad. Appointments will be on a contract basis for three (3) years, extendable subject to performance and organizational requirements.

| Assistant Director – Listed & Unlisted Companies Supervision Department (Supervision Division) (1 post) | Islamabad | Master's or Bachelor's degree (16 years) in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics or related discipline from an HEC-recognized university/institute. CA / ACCA / CMA acceptable. | At least 3 years post-qualification experience in corporate regulation, regulatory compliance, financial reporting, corporate governance, audit, accounting, capital markets or related areas. Articledship period counts for CAs. | Maximum 35 years as on closing date. Candidates with at least 3 years' regulatory experience eligible for 5 years age relaxation. |

CA / ACCA / CMA acceptable. | At least 3 years post-qualification experience in regulatory bodies, financial institutions, capital markets, insurance, NBFCs, corporate/legal affairs, regulatory compliance, licensing or related areas. Articledship period counts for CAs. | Maximum 35 years as on closing date. Candidates with at least 3 years' regulatory experience eligible for 5 years age relaxation. |
