HBL Public Auction Notice — 2022 Prince Pearl (Reg. BWJ-894) — Bid by 2026-08-24

Habib Bank Limited (HBL) invites sealed bids from prospective bidders for sale by auction of the bank's vehicle. Sealed offers must be received by the Collection Manager prior to 24th Aug 2026 (before close of office hours).

Key Terms & Conditions

- Sealed offers must be marked “bid for vehicle registration#” and addressed to the Collection Manager; must be received before 24th Aug 2026 (closing of office hours).

- All bids must be accompanied by earnest money equal to 10% of the bid amount in the form of Demand Draft / Pay Order in favour of HBL. Earnest money of unsuccessful bidders will be refunded within 10 days from the date of opening of bids.

- Vehicles will be available for inspection at D-146 Site KHI, HBL warehouse on 20th & 21st Aug 2026 from 09:30 to 16:30 (documentation details provided at time of inspection).

- The vehicle will be auctioned on an “as is where is” basis. Successful bidder will be responsible for payment of all taxes, transfer fees and associated costs.

- All offers will be opened by the “Auction Committee” on 25th Aug 2026 at the PECHS Collection Center, Shahrah-e-Faisal.

- The balance of the purchase price must be paid by the person declared successful bidder by the Bank within 3 working days from the date of acceptance; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the 10% down payment.

- The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers without assigning any reason.
